Terms of service
Last updated September 1, 2026. Demo text for a Framer template: replace it with your own before you publish.
The agreement
These terms are between you and Quorum Labs, Inc. and apply whenever you use Quorum. If you use Quorum for a company, you accept them on its behalf.
Your account
Keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. You are responsible for the people you invite to your organization.
Access you grant
You authorize Quorum to read the repos and cloud accounts you connect and to open pull requests in your code host. You can revoke this access at any time. Quorum never merges changes on your behalf.
Fees
Paid plans are billed per developer who commits to a connected repo in a month, monthly or yearly, plus any taxes. Partial months are not refunded unless the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Only connect systems you own or have written permission to test, and do not use Quorum to probe anyone else’s infrastructure.
Your content
You own your code, findings and pull requests. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide Quorum.
Warranties and liability
Quorum is provided as is, apart from the uptime commitment on the Business plan. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes and ending
We give 30 days notice before material changes. You can cancel at any time, and we delete your data within 90 days of cancellation.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, and disputes are heard in Denver.
