About the role
Quorum is used by engineers who have ten minutes between meetings. You will design findings, pull requests and merge rules so those ten minutes are enough.
What you will do
Own the findings and merge rules experience from research to release.
Work directly with engineers and customers every week.
Keep our design system small and consistent.
What we look for
Four or more years designing complex tools for technical users.
Comfort with code review, Git and the terminal.
Work you can walk us through, decisions included.
Pay and benefits
Salary of $140,000 to $170,000 plus equity, full health cover, four weeks of paid leave and a home office budget.
